COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Roboter Service 377 ST1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ohio-P.m,-Doerr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 20Q20HA56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2060040BQ002Z1 manufactured by Ohio-P.m,-Doerr and we are pleased to be able to service most Ohio-P.m,-Doerr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2AD100CB050B2AS01S01 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has A.-O.-Smith Brand 247065M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 332142Z118 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 333030P80M200 made by Woodhead-/-Brad-Connectivity as well as the popular 2H565 original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 305131A by Moog and 332142Z118 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 333004A4C801 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Doerr. |
